Thank you for your interest in submitting a project to the 2024 Awards Gala!  Submitting a project is easy, and is outlined in the steps below.  Please reach out to the SEA-MW Awards Committee (gala@seamw.org) with any questions.

Intent to Enter period is July 10th, 2023 to August 11th, 2023.

Project Submission period is August 23rd, 2023 to September, 22nd 2023.

More Information about Project Requirements

INTENT TO ENTER

  • Follow the link below to the online Intent-To-Enter form 
  • A maximum of 1 project may be submitted per category (see "More Information about Project Requirements")
  • The online submission form will require payment of $200 (member firms) or $400 (non-member firms) per project submission
  • The Intent-To-Enter period has now closed.

PROJECT SUBMISSION PACKAGE

  • You must have completed the Intent to Enter form to enter a project submission. 
  • Instructions and a link to the online project submission form was emailed to everyone who completed the intent to enter step. The online project submission form contains additional instructions.
  • Project submissions must be complete and submitted by September, 22nd 2023.

PROJECT AWARDS

  • Two projects from each category will be selected as finalists.
  • During the Awards Gala, project finalists will be announced as either the Outstanding Achievement Award or the Merit Award.
  • Project Award winners will receive a trophy (Outstanding Achievement Award) or a plaque (Merit Award).
