LOCAL BUILDING OFFICIAL OUTREACH COMMITTEE
The Local Building Official Outreach Committee was formed to serve as a liaison between SEA-MW and its member firms and the Code Officials in the surrounding region. The Washington DC region presents a unique environment for the profession design engineer as there are several distinct code agencies with which our member firms must interact to execute a successful project, each with their own specific requirements. The LBOO Committee seeks to serve as an open communication channel for both SEA-MW member firms and the local code officials.
