You’ve all heard that each of us only get 24 hours in every day.  Although many books have been written about various management styles and time management skills, this presentation will focus on how to apply those styles and skills to the practice of structural engineering.  Topics will include project management, work/life balance, and strategies for the post-COVID workplace.
