Increasing Your Happiness (and Staff Retention) by Managing Burnout and Stress
This interactive session is focused on the neuroscience of the brain and how we can change our reaction and mood in stressful situations. Using polls, surveys and small group work, facilitator Joan Fletcher will share information on the brain, learning about our calm and stressed states and how to monitor and better manage stress. Joan will lead a discussion on motivation and how to actively reduce burnout, as well as how reducing burnout and stress for your team can improve retention.
