SEED MENTORSHIP PROGRAM - INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP

Join us for an enriching workshop focused on personal and professional growth, hosted by Resolute Consulting.

Agenda:

• Behavioral Assessments: Resolute Consulting will administer assessments providing insights into personality traits, motivators, collaboration, and communication preferences.

• Assessment Result Discussion: A representative from PI Mid-Atlantic will elaborate on assessment results, fostering deeper connections among participants.

• Breakout Sessions: We will have breakout sessions for discussion amongst peer groups. In these sessions, seasoned engineers will have the opportunity to talk to each other, as well as mid-level engineers and entry engineers within their cohorts, to discuss the results of their PI assessment.

• Refreshments: Light refreshments will be served, creating a relaxed and conducive environment for networking and learning.
