Vandana Juneja, MBA, LL.B. – Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer - Thornton Tomasetti
As Thornton Tomasetti’s equity, diversity, and inclusion officer, Vandana Juneja works closely with stakeholders across the firm on the development and implementation of a strategic ED&I plan that aligns with our organizational purpose and values. An experienced ED&I leader, she spent more than a decade at global workplace inclusion firm Catalyst, where most recently, she led consulting for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and educational institutions, advising on the advancement of women in leadership, the future of work, and creating inclusive cultures. Vandana began her 25+ year career as an immigration lawyer, assisting top global companies in bringing talent to Canada, led inclusion initiatives at two Canadian-based banks, and has a background in human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McMaster University, an MBA in human resources management from University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa.
