Blue Ridge Design, Inc. located in Winchester, Virginia is a structural engineering company with special expertise and focus in the precast/prestressed concrete industry. We provide services as specialty engineers to precast/prestressed concrete manufacturers, but also serve owners/developers/architects who benefit from our expertise in this construction type. We make condition assessments and prepare repair/restoration documents. We also provide services for blast design and progressive/disproportionate collapse. Our president co-authored the PCI Seismic Design Manual with Dr. S.K. Ghosh.
