SEA-MW SE3 is committed to developing a mentorship program that will benefit all participants.
The purpose of this application is to collect information from all individuals interested in participating in our six-month mentorship program. This information will be used by the mentorship program team to sort participants into groups.
This application form should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
The goal of this mentorship program is to provide a unique opportunity for less experienced engineers to engage with more experienced structural engineers in small group mentoring sessions, in order to gain strategic guidance and advice to progress in their careers.
